Jan is very friendly and full of energy, she always explains to us how to move and demonstrates the move to us, she also adds in how you should be breathing and walks around to check you are doing the move correctly. Being asthmatic, the best results I have had from doing Pilates with Jan is after a class my breathing is a lot better I feel more relaxed and more flexible.
I love going to Jan's classes. She has been particularly helpful to me, as just having had two new knees she modifies the exercises to suit me, at the moment.
I certainly intend to continue going for a long time, as the benefits are tremendous.
No matter the Monday morning weather, Jan always gives our class a warm and friendly welcome.

You are a fantastic Pilates instructor. Anyone who has been to your classes I’m sure will know this too, and I learned so much from you! I’m only sorry I can’t make any of your private classes at the moment… But hey, you never know in the future!
